Coordination Meetings – Spring
Connecting Resources, Driving Progress
CEDA also convenes Coordination Meetings throughout the year with businesses, community organizations, and public partners. These meetings are focused on:
- Sharing updates on local projects and initiatives
- Connecting community members to state and regional resources
- Building collaborative strategies for long-term economic vitality
Annual CEDA Round Table – Early Summer
Community Voices, Shared Vision
Each summer, CEDA hosts the Annual Community Round Table—a gathering of local leaders, businesses, and residents to share updates, exchange ideas, and highlight community resources.

CEDA Career Fair – Fall
Exploring Careers, Building Futures
Held every fall, the CEDA Career Fair introduces high school students and community members to career pathways available in Custer County and beyond. This event is designed to be interactive and exploratory, giving youth the opportunity to:
- Talk directly with employers about career options
- Explore hands-on activities and demonstrations
- Learn about training, internships, and future opportunities
